Create Public Contacts folder in Exchange 2010

To create a public contacts folder in Exchange 2010 do the following:
- Start the Exchange Managment Console
2. Click on Toolbox/Public Folder Management Console
3. Right Click on Published Folders/Default Public Folders and select New Public Folder
4. Enter a name for the public contacts folder
5. Click on the new folder, then select it in the right pane
6. On the Action pane on the right click on Manage Settings
7. Select Update Client Permissions and click Next
8. Select Add Users and select Next
9. Click on the Add button and select the users that will be given access, Owner has all rights to the folder
10. Click on Next - Now start Outlook
2. Press Ctrl + Y and select Public Folders
3. Select Public Folders/All Public Folders
4. Right click on the new public folder that you created and select New Folder
5. Enter a name for the Contacts folder and in the Folder Contains, select Contact Items and select OK
6. Right click on the new Contacts Folder and select Add to Favorites
